CANADA

  • FREE SHIPPING (Exp. parcel) - orders of 75 CAD and more.
  • 9.99 CAD (Expedited Parcel) - orders of less than 75 CAD.
  • How long does it take to ship to Vancouver? In the current context, the shipping time to Vancouver is 5 to 7 working days. We ship your order directly from our Canadian warehouse in QC. The order must be placed in the morning to ship quickly. ;)

USA

    • FREE SHIPPING (Exp. Parcel USA) - orders of 57 USD and more.
    • 7.99 USD (Expedited Parcel) USA - orders of 57 USD and more.
    • How long does it take to ship to the U.S.? In the current context, the shipping time is 3 to 5 working days. We ship your order directly from our warehouse in upstate NY. The order must be placed in the morning to ship quickly.
    • How long does it take to ship to the West Coast in USA? Orders on the West Coast of the United States take 7 working days to arrive. The order must be place before 11am Eastern time.

Processing time: from the receipt of an order, please expect from 1 to 3 business days prior to shipment with our carrier.

Next day delivery: It depends on your location (usually it takes 2 days). The order must be placed before 11am. Extra shipping fees will apply.

Carrier: online orders will be shipped with Canada Post (via USPS for orders to USA).

Buying in person: only possible for demos or samples. If you are in the Montreal area and you really prefer to shop in person, please contact us at info@trucavelo.com.

Order delay: To track your item please contact us at info@trucavelo.com and send us your order number, and email.

Return Policy

The product must be returned with the purchase receipt, and in a perfect sellable condition within 15 days. Everything must be well packed and complete on its original carton display. HOLIDAY EXTENSIONS

Returns for orders placed during the year-end holidays (from December 10th) will be accepted until January 10th (the product must be in a perfect condition) and we will apply the same warranty return or exchange policy (see warranty).

Warranty

All goods that we sell are covered by a warranty of 1 to 2 years. Most items have a warranty provided by their respective manufacture AND this warranty must be carried out by US. If you feel that you have an item which is faulty, please return it to us with a copy of your original proof of purchase. If it is found to be a genuine fault of manufacture we will of course replace it free of charge and return it to you with no postage charges. However, if the item is found not to have a genuine fault covered by it's warranty we will contact you to inform you you of the matter. If you subsequently require the product to be returned back to you, we will have to charge for shipping. Unfortunately we cannot refund actual expense in postage and packing and you will be charged for postage on any replacement items we send out where the original mistake was not ours. PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT AND YOUR FULL CONTACT DETAILS ETC.
